Boo! Burnout 3 master race!!
But seriously, the Burnout series is the best racing game series ever. It's been SIX YEARS since Paradise and I'm dying for another.

Should I get Paradise or Revenge? I played the demo for Paradise but I though Revenge was still the greatest thing ever.

It depends on what you're looking for. Revenge is more of the traditional super-high-paced racing through packed traffic taking down drivers left and right whereas because of the open world of Paradise the speed factor isn't quite as great (more intersections and corners to hit that don't have those magic walls) but is also more stunt-oriented with the barrel roll ramps, super jumps, and such. I've played the crap out of both Paradise and Burnout 3 and loved them both. You really can't go wrong with either. You could play the demos and decide which one you like better.

There is no demo of Revenge sadly. I really liked revenge when I was 13, and since I haven't matured one little bit I will probably still like it now. I liked Paradise too, but I think I was so hung up on how fast the old one was I was slightly disappointed.

Forza is good, but Burnout is better.

Obligatory WhyNotBoth.jpg
Also you're killing me with the nostalgia from both Revenge and 3.
Paradise is fun as balls, nostalgia is telling me to go with Revenge (or even 3), but if not, Paradise yo.

I firmly believe that Burnout 3 is the greatest game of all time.

It was the most fun I have ever had playing a racing game.

Paradise is one of the best racing games of the last generation.
This was where they started experimenting with free DLC, but you can get the Ultimate edition for super cheap.

You aren't kidding. Takedown was flat-out phenomenal: massive tracks, massive speed, gorgeous graphics, incredibly fun gameplay, and Goddamn one of the most amazing soundtracks to ANYTHING ever.

i have played all of them since 3. Revenge is very similar to 3, a little more fun and fleshed out but quite similar overall. IF you liked 3, Revenge is very much a sequel.
Paradise is almost a separate game from the others. It's open world, which is awesome. The handling feels awesome and drifting especially feels great, stunts add variety, the sense of speed is unreal, the graphics are awesome, the soundtrack is quite varied but has a lot of awesome songs on it. The AI is awesome at making cool shit and wrecks happen right in front of you, so you are drifting around a turn at 150mph and there's are wrecked cars spinning through the air over your head. The style of racing is cool, in that you can basically pick your route to the finish. There's a ton of content and a huge list of cars. And i don't know if anyone still plays it but multiplayer was a blast.
At first, I played the demo and didn't like it, but it grew on me and I loved it. I put it down for a couple years, and picked it up last winter and realized that it was up there with DiRT as one of my favorite racing games of the last generation. Would recommend Paradise, Revenge, and DiRT very highly.
